12 Whole Chicken Wings
Old Bay Seasoning, or seasonings of choice
Wood Pellets for Smoking: Traeger Hickory or Applewood. Or Green Mountain Grills Premium Gold Blend or Applewood
- Cover the wings in seasoning.
- Warm the smoker up to 275° F.
- Place the wings on the smoker/grill for 1 hour.
- Check the meat temperature is at least 165° F.
