Wings (Pellet Smoker Recipe)

12 Whole Chicken Wings
Old Bay Seasoning, or seasonings of choice

Wood Pellets for Smoking: Traeger Hickory or Applewood. Or Green Mountain Grills Premium Gold Blend or Applewood


  1. Cover the wings in seasoning.
  2. Warm the smoker up to 275° F.
  3. Place the wings on the smoker/grill for 1 hour.
  4. Check the meat temperature is at least 165° F.
  5. Enjoy!
