Smoked Turkey Wings (Pellet Smoker Recipe)

Ingredients:
2 turkey wings
Old Bay seasoning
Freshly cracked black pepper

Wood Pellets for Smoking: Hickory or Applewood

Instructions:

  1. Season the wings
  2. Set the pellet smoker grill to 180° F.
  3. Put the wings on the grill
  4. Allow the wings to smoke for 1 hour.
  5. After that, up the temperature to 250°F.
  6. Cook until the meat temperature is 180° F. (Go 15 degrees over 165° F, to crisp the skin.)
  7. Remove the wings and allow them to rest for about 5-10 minutes, to reabsorb juices.
  8. Enjoy!
