Ingredients:
Shrimp, Thawed
Olive Oil, Virgin or Extra Virgin
Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
Wood for Smoking: Apple Wood Chunks, soaked 1 or 2 hours in advance.
Instructions:
- Toss Shrimp in oil, then sprinkle seasoning on both sides.
- Heat grill and wood, then get the cooking temperature to about 400° F.
- Place shrimp in grill and cook for 2 minutes.
- Flip the shrimp.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
