Slow Smoked Wings (Pellet Smoker Recipe)

15 whole fresh chicken wings
Chicken seasoning of choice

Wood Pellets for Smoking: Hickory, Applewood or Red Oak


  1. Season the wings with your seasoning of choice.
  2. Warm the smoker up to 180° F.
  3. Place the wings on the grill.
  4. Allow them to smoke at 180° F. for an hour.
  5. Then up the temperature to 250° F.
  6. Continue to smoke the wings until the meat temperature is 180° F. (This may take about another 40 minutes.)
  7. Allow the wings to rest for about 5 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
