Ingredients:

About 6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
Olive Oil, to coat
Salt, to taste
Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

Apple Juice

Wood Pellets Smoking: Traeger Apple Wood or Green Mountain Grills Premium Fruitwood Blend Pellets

Instructions:

  1. Heat the smoker to 180° F.

  5. Spritz with Apple Juice after the first hour.

  7. Spritz the other side of the Chicken Breasts with Apple Juice.
  8. Up the smoker heat to 450° F.
  9. Cook till the meat is at 165° F internal temperature.
  10. Enjoy!
