Bison Burgers on the Green Mountain Grills Daniel Boone Pellet Smoker

Ingredients:

2.5 Pounds Ground Bison Meat
Seasoning of choice

Wood Pellets: Green Mountain Grills Premium Texas Blend Pellets

 

Instructions:

  1. Make 4 large burger patties from the ground bison meat.
  2. Cover both sides of the bison burger patties with seasoning.
  3. Heat the grill to 400° F.
  4. Place the bison burger patties on the grill.
  5. Cook for about 15 minutes.
  6. Flip the burgers and insert the meat probe.
  7. Cook till the meat temperature reaches 160° F.  This may take another 35 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!

(Note, you can make 8 smaller bison burgers and cook them faster.)
